CrossFit
CrossFit classes mixed with top-notch training and some hard work will get you in the best shape of your life! Each day we provide a fresh workout known as the “workout of the day “(WOD). This workout is functional, intense, competitive, fun and very addictive. Along with the WOD, good nutritional habits and your exercise coach, you will be provided with everything you need to maximize your results.
Present will be a CrossFit certified trainer to ensure proper body mechanics and safety as well as to make sure the exercises are done correctly.
