Fitness Evaluation

The Coro Fitness Evaluation determine the level of the five health-related fitness components:

  • Balance
  • Flexibility
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Aerobic Capacity

An initial fitness assessment is offered to all our clients and it is necessary before starting any fitness program.  We will review your eating and sleeping habits, verify your overall health and check your fitness level, in order to design the right fitness program to achieve maximum benefit while avoiding injury.  A fitness evaluation is recommended once every 4 to 6 weeks to monitor your progress.
