The Coro Fitness senior program maximizes your ability to remain strong, flexible, healthy and independent.  Whether you’re 60 or 80, your body can be rejuvenated through regular senior exercise and a balanced diet.

The best aspect about the Coro Fitness seniors is that they don't act their age. The Coro Fitness senior training is geared to adding years to the life and life to the years of our senior clients. Our motto is: "A day without breathlessness is a day without life." Our first priority is safety, but our final goal is a strong and fast body capable of picking up grandchildren and preventing dangerous falls. To this end we design our senior programs with an athletic twist, full of fun and challenging exercises.

Coro Fitness empowers adults 60 and over to take an active role in their own aging process, by helping them adopt a comprehensive fitness lifestyle. Coro Fitness maintains high standards in exercise programming, client support, coaching and education, in order to give older adults a clear advantage on their journey to an energetic, independent lifestyle.
